Personalization

Many of the designs offered can be personalized.  Please send us an email with your request an we will confirm if it is doable on the existing design.  Personlized items can not be returned.

Hand Stamped and Etched Designs

Hand stamping lettering and design details is just one of many ways to customize a piece. The charm of this technique is that it isn't meant to be "perfect".  As they are hand done and not with a machine.

Pieces that are etched are a more accurate way to represent ones personal handwriting, drawings or to replicate a certain font.  These pieces though are still hand etched and not created by a laser or machine. So there are some slight variations at times in the process.

Repairs

Life happens! Even though all of Leslie Ishihara's designs are intended to last generations, sometimes they need a little boost. Please send us an email at info@leslieishihara.com

and we will address it. Please be sure to follow our tips on caring for your jewelry.

Care

As with most jewelry, it is best to store pieces in a jewelry box or a sealed container, when not being worn. Sterling silver and other metals are prone to oxidation naturally. If you like the look, you can let it do it's thing! If you don't, you can use a jewelry polishing cloth to bring it back to the original finish. Everyone has a different body chemistry that reacts with metals and outside elements can alter those reactions. It is best to put on your jewelry after you have used lotions, hairsprays etc. as well as taking off your jewelry before showering, swimming, sleeping and exercising.
